Rate Of Sale Ranking

ROS ranking enhances the sophisticated of the ROS calculator providing a a range of ROS outputs across the choices and locations considered in the model. This range is based on a five ranking scale from top performing, 75th Percentile, Median, 25th Percentile and bottom performing choices as well as the average. Users can access the ROS range by double clicking on the calculated ROS. The Average ROS is used as the default.

In addition to calculating a range of ROS results, users will have the ability to set a rank against a product to adjust the calculated rate of sale selected. By adding the ROS Rank, and selecting an option, the corresponding rate of sale will be applied to the choice in question.

Size Ranges

Toolio has introduced size ranges to improve the ability of users to specify eligible sizes per location in assortment planning. Size ranges are used to define a specific list of eligible sizes, this can be done through the setting page. Once a size range is created, users have the ability to specify a size range per location cluster in the next generation Assortment Planning. Toolio will limit the size curve to a combination of the sizes in the size range as well as the specific SKU level sizes associated with an actual choice, once it is assigned. Note that once a size range is set against one product, it can be copied across multiple products for efficiency in the line building screen.

Cluster Management on the Planning Screen

In addition to the cluster management capabilities available through the Offering Set section, Toolio now introduces a more intuitive method for managing your clusters directly within the planning interface.

With this update, users can now effortlessly modify cluster assignments for their planned choices without leaving the main planning screen. The process is straightforward: simply locate the "Automated Clusters" attribute cell corresponding to your desired choice, and then double-click, this will open a dropdown menu, presenting you with a comprehensive list of available clusters.

From this dropdown, fine-tune your cluster selection with precision. You can easily select additional clusters to include in your plan, or deselect those that you wish to exclude. This granular control allows for highly customized cluster configurations tailored to each planned choice, enabling more accurate and targeted assortment planning.

To apply the same configuration across multiple choices, simply copy the cell containing your customizations and paste it into the other cells. This action will replicate the cluster configuration you've set up.

By bringing this functionality directly to the planning screen, we've eliminated the need for users to navigate away from the planning screen, thereby streamlining the planning process and boosting overall productivity.

Generate SKUs in Assortment Plan

Toolio Assortment Plan has introduced an exciting new feature that allows for the generation of SKUs for your planned choices. This functionality mirrors the core capability previously available in Legacy AP, providing a seamless transition for users familiar with the older system.

To take advantage of this feature, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. During this consultation, you'll have the opportunity to discuss and define the specific logic that should be applied to your SKU generation process. This customization ensures that the generated SKUs align perfectly with your organization's unique naming conventions and product classification systems.

Once the SKU generation feature has been enabled and configured according to your specifications, your SKUs will generated based on the selected Size Curve and you'll find the newly generated SKUs conveniently located within the Receipt Plan section of your Assortment Plan.

Image Upload for Placeholders

In previous versions of Assortment Plan, users were limited to providing image URLs for placeholder choices. However, we're excited to announce a significant enhancement to this feature. Now, you have the flexibility to upload images directly from your local device, streamlining the process of visually representing your choices in the assortment.

This new functionality offers a more intuitive and user-friendly approach to image management within Assortment Plan. To take advantage of this feature, follow these simple steps:

1. Locate the Image URL cell for the choice you wish to illustrate.
2. Click on the newly added "add image" icon, which is conveniently placed within the cell.
3. In the dialog that appears, select the "Upload Image" option.
4. Browse your local files and choose the desired image that best represents your choice in the assortment.

Please note that you can upload up to 5MB sized photos.

This enhancement provides greater flexibility and efficiency in managing visual assets within your Assortment Plan, allowing for a more comprehensive and visually rich planning experience.

Search

Toolio has introduced a powerful new Search feature, enhancing user navigation and accessibility within the platform. This functionality can be activated in two convenient ways: either by using the keyboard shortcut CMD+K (for Mac users) or CTRL+K (for Windows users), or by simply clicking on the dedicated Search button in the interface.

Upon activation, a comprehensive dialog box appears, serving as your gateway to efficient navigation across the entire Toolio platform. This search functionality is designed to be both intuitive and expansive, allowing users to quickly locate and access various elements of the platform, including:

• Particular views within different modules
• Relevant help articles for immediate assistance
• Settings configurations for customization

By providing a centralized search capability, Toolio aims to streamline user workflows, reduce navigation time, and improve overall productivity. Whether you're looking to jump to a specific feature, find documentation, or adjust settings, the new Search function puts the entire platform at your fingertips, just a few keystrokes away.
