Merchandise Plan Forecast

Our Forecast function is now available in the Merchandise Plan module.  As you walk into your week you can update your sales forecast going forward with running the forecast function in the context menu. This lets you view how current trends would impact your forecast all at once without having to update your monthly builds or variances over last year.

Constrain Sales by Inventory

Constrain Sales by Inventory is a new function added to the Item Planning workflows. While forecast and generating receipts, you could already constrain your forecast or sales based on existing inventory and planned receipts. One thing you couldn’t do before was to create a manual sales plan, and have it be constrained by inventory. This function brings that ability. You can just select the items that you want to constrain by inventory, right click on the grid and run the function. This function will then constrain your sales plan based on the on hand inventory and planned receipts. This will be an ideal workflow for end of season products that you have that you are no longer forecasting, but want to see a good projection of where the sales will end at. Ability to sort based on metrics aggregation

Now you can sort metrics when they are in column groupings. To do this, hover over the column header, and you’ll see that 3 dots will be shown. Click on the 3 dots, and then select “sort by this column” (in either descending or ascending order).  Your metrics will be sorted based on the column selected. You can also see your sort logic under the Sort menu on top.
